Seattle Floating Homes Market Update – Catching Up With Lake Union Houseboats, The Shelby Dock, and Recent Sales1213 e shelby st

There has been some activity in the Seattle real estate market afloat.  There Are FOUR ACTIVE Seattle Floating Homes For Sale Currently ranging in price from $725,000 to $799,000.  They are located on The Shelby Dock in Portage Bay and The Log Foundation Dock in Eastlake.

Seattle floating homes for sale are few and far between and each one is somewhat different or greatly different.  You really need to know what your must haves and would be nice to have list is before you begin looking.  Then, be prepared to adjust that list further, because chances are that your list won’t match anything out there.  To begin with there are only around 500 of these Seattle floating homes.
