Eastlake Waterfront Property: Seattle Floating Homes, Condos, & More… as in Moorage. Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood has a lot going for it, but it is hard to believe that so many of the Eastlake properties for sale are either Lake Union view homes or Eastlake waterfront homes. Eastlake is a great community nestled up against the East shores of Lake Union in the heart of Seattle. Eastlake residents enjoy easy commutes to Downtown Seattle and a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. On top of that, there are numerous parks in Eastlake – both waterfront and not. It is a great place with lots of fun activities.
